Neurodiverse Coaching
Real-life coaching for neurodiverse and neurotypical individuals, couples, and professionals.
No fluff. Just strategy, structure, faith, and real support from an expert who gets it, lives it, and thrives in it — and isn’t afraid to go deep, without judgement.
Where others stop, I begin — because real transformation requires more than insight. It takes someone who’s lived it, built through it, and knows the way forward. Hard conversations. Real growth. Lasting results.

A Different Approach
At Neurodiverse Coaching, I work with neurodiverse individuals, neurotypical partners, couples, professionals, and businesses to help them achieve real, lasting outcomes — wherever they are in their journey. Coaching is 100% virtual and available to clients across the U.S. and beyond.
Sessions are flexible and accessible, offered by video, voice-only, or even text-based coaching for those who prefer to communicate in writing.
I’m a Christian and offer faith-based coaching for those who want it — but I also work with individuals who don’t share that belief. Everyone is welcome here. No judgment. Just real support, real tools, and real transformation.
Meeting you where and how you need
Your comfort matters. I meet you where you are — on your terms.
Prefer to be on camera? Great. Rather talk without video? That works too. Only want to communicate by text? I’ve got you.
You’re in the driver’s seat. I’m here to support you in the way that works best for you — with real tools to help you get where you want to go.

Coaching
Whether you’re neurodiverse, exploring a possible diagnosis, or navigating life as a neurotypical partner — you’re not alone. I offer one-on-one coaching rooted in real-life experience, not just theory.
I’ve lived these dynamics personally, so I understand the overwhelm, burnout, shutdowns, meltdowns, missed signals, and miscommunication — as well as the breakthroughs that come with the right tools and support.
This isn’t a place for quick fixes or judgment. It’s a space to be honest, ask hard questions, and get practical strategies tailored to how you think, feel, and function best.
I help neurodiverse individuals thrive in a world that often isn’t built for them — and I support neurotypical partners in building clarity, compassion, and confidence as they learn to connect and communicate more effectively.
Faith-based coaching is always available for those who want it — but never required.

Texting
Need support now? Text-based coaching gives you fast, flexible access to real help when it matters most. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, need accountability, want to talk something through before it becomes a bigger issue, or just need a plan to stay on track — I’m here.
This service is ideal for neurodiverse individuals who prefer written communication, need time to process, or struggle with executive function challenges like task initiation, follow-through, and decision fatigue. You can vent, ask questions, troubleshoot your day, or get structured tools to build momentum — all through private, judgment-free messaging.
It’s also a great fit for neurotypical clients who need quick feedback, want perspective before having a difficult conversation, or simply value having a coach in their corner when timing matters. Whether you're processing emotions or planning your next move, text coaching offers support you can access on your terms.
-
Couples Coaching
Whether you're barely speaking, navigating daily misunderstandings, or simply longing for deeper connection — you’re not alone. Neurodiverse relationships come with unique challenges, and I know that firsthand.
My husband and I are in a thriving, connected, joy-filled neurodiverse marriage — but it wasn’t always that way. We hit rock bottom. Communication was painful. Meltdowns and shutdowns were constant. At one point, we weren’t sure we were going to make it. But through the very process I now walk couples through, everything changed.
We learned to truly hear each other. We created shared language, built new habits, and stopped reacting from fear or frustration. Today, we’re stronger than ever — not because the neurodivergence disappeared, but because we finally understand how to navigate it together.
That same path is available to you. I offer couples coaching rooted in lived experience, not theory — practical tools that work in real life, even when emotions run high and communication breaks down. This is a space for honesty, healing, and breakthrough.
Faith-based guidance is available for couples who want to invite it into the process.

Rapid Response
Sometimes life doesn’t wait for your next scheduled session. Emotions boil over. Crises unfold. Decisions have to be made now. That’s where Rapid Response Coaching comes in.
This premium, limited-availability service is for established clients who need immediate support. Whether you're facing a relational crisis, spiraling into executive dysfunction, or preparing for a hard conversation — this is your fast-track to real-time guidance when you need it most.
Sessions are offered on short notice — often outside of normal business hours, and in some cases, even in the middle of the night. Because sometimes the difference between chaos and clarity is simply having someone to talk to right now.
Availability is limited and sessions must be approved before booking, but I make every effort to prioritize urgent needs for my clients when they arise.

Career Coaching
Stuck? Burned out? Underperforming, despite knowing you're capable of more? Or maybe you're driven — but unsure what you're actually driving toward?
Career Coaching is designed to help you cut through the noise and find clarity, confidence, and direction — whether you're making a major transition, seeking a promotion, navigating executive dysfunction, or trying to survive another week without falling apart.
As a former executive with an MBA and lived neurodiverse experience, I understand the pressure, the pace, and the internal chaos that can come with high expectations. I’ve coached, led, and developed teams for over a decade — including neurodiverse professionals — helping individuals overcome challenges and exceed in roles they once doubted they could do.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all career advice. I work with both neurodiverse and neurotypical professionals to create strategies that align with how you think, work, and thrive. Together, we’ll build structure, restore confidence, and create a plan that actually moves you forward — with real accountability along the way.
Faith-based coaching is available if you want to integrate purpose, calling, or spiritual clarity into the process.

Resumes
Your story deserves to be told clearly — not buried under buzzwords, gaps, or self-doubt.
Whether you're reentering the workforce, shifting careers, or aiming higher, I help you create a resume that reflects your strengths, values, and goals — not just your past titles. With an MBA and years of executive experience, I bring strategic insight to every resume and career narrative I shape.
This isn’t just about formatting. It’s about branding — learning how to position yourself with clarity and confidence. I specialize in helping neurodiverse professionals communicate their value, even when traditional paths don’t reflect how capable they truly are.
You’ll get personalized guidance, clear feedback, and a resume that actually works — because it reflects who you are and where you're going.
“We were disconnected, overwhelmed, and ready to give up. Now, we communicate, we understand each other — and we’re finally on the same team.”
